Will the Heart of the Harbor project impact any view of the lake?​

No.  One of the main purposes of this plaza was to create a place where people could sit and enjoy a view of the harbor.  We will be incorporating trees into the plaza to enrich the greenspace aspects of the project, but have made sure to position to maximize views of the harbor.

Will the Heart of the Harbor project impact any of the roadways/parking in that area?

No. We made sure that none of the current roundabout or parking would be impacted.  It was important for us to preserve all parking in that area, so we are only utilizing the space that is currently just grass and a few sidewalks (we will be installing decorative pavers so there is still a large walkway from the street/parking lots to the harbor walk).
